More than 100 acres of Virgin forest land 4R 1.5 lakhs per acre

Dear all,

I have more than 500 acres of Virgin forest land broken into lots of 100, 230, 180 and 500 acres,

Cost per acre 1.5 lakhs !!!


It is a private land with thick forest . River passes through all pieces of land, so no water problem!

Approval for tree cutting obtained from forest department. Cost of trees more than the money you will invest in land.

So once you buy the land you can actually get the land for free and additional money from the sale of trees.

All papers clear..

you can develop the land or subcontract it to our company for development..

Land is in Rain belt of north karnataka, Climate like hill station..

Dear Hiremath

If the statement "Cost of trees more than the money you will invest in land" is accurate, then please do not sell the land since you could sell the trees yourself, the land & money will be yours!
