Ms. Amrit Warshini  says “Value-added products from pepper, chili, and tomato are a diverse and growing category, encompassing a wide range of processed foods and ingredients. These products extend the shelf life of these vegetables, enhance their flavor and nutritional value, and cater to diverse consumer preferences. Chili value-added products encompass dried chilies, chili powder, chili sauces, chili pastes, chili pickles, and chili oleoresins. These products are used to add heat, flavor, and color to various cuisines.”
