Mr. Srinivas Katla is a farmer from Karimnagar, Telangana. He is into cultivating two types of fig varieties – brown turkey and dayana for fresh fruit market. He says, Farmers will get good income by cultivation of fig and temperature suitable is above 35 C to below 45 C preferable. Mr. Srinivas Katla is practicing organic farming by use of oils(ground nut,mustard, coconut ,neem, kanuga, etc.) and eggs soil application as well as foliar.
