Dear All,
Just wanted to share a piece of information regarding our pump converter
Current Scenario:
Solar Panels are connected to the pump through solar pump controller
Disadvantages - The pump runs at full rpm only when the solar power available is max which on an avg which is between 10AM to 3Pm in most of the Indian cities. Also, even if there is a small amount of shade the VFD trips and needs to be manually turned ON again.
Our Solar Pump Converter:
Our pump converter unit converts the electrical pump that can also run on solar/diesel engine/battery depending on user preference.
This innovative pump controller comes also with a inbuilt MEPT(Maximum Efficient Power Tracking) control instead of conventional controller for a improved performance and a longer run time of the pump.
The controller runs the pump at full rpm when solar is strong and it runs proportionate to the input power when solar is weak. The main advantage is that unlike the conventional controller's our MEPT assures 1)Non Stop Operation of the pump without the control unit tripping 2)Longer run from avg 7AM to 6PM on Solar.
This also has multi mode input power supply option that can be changed manually between mains, solar, DG and Battery. Note: Battery & DG are optional

Inbuilt flow detection function which turns off in case of dry run.

The three phase pump converters are rated for output 380V - 480V AC 3 phase pure sinewave.
