I have 10 hectors of land. Now I am planning to give my land for rent.
There are two Bore-wells, land is fertile. How much can I expect annually from a hector approximately.

land rent depends upon the desires of lessor and lessee.ie, owner and tenant based on location, other facility and what the tenanat is going to do. If it is for long period rent can be better or higher. you can quote between 15000 to 25000/- per hectare per year. People who can invest higher amount but are not getting good land and who can plan to earn about 25 lakhs per year from 10 ha. can offer better rents to you.
