Need 10 acres at 10k for planting trees

After visiting this forum regularly, I have a thought of planting some trees like bamboo, teak, casuarina for regular income. I think these trees dont require major maintenance and too rich soil. I am located in Mumbai and would ideally like to have land located close by.

What is the documentation required to be eligible for that?

Guidance much appreciated.

U need 5 Acres for 1 lac Rupees wat u think u r in Cambodia or wat?
Drink some Low Tar Coffee with no sugar and get off the hangover of the Last night mate.

very much appreciate your inputs and there is no need for me to dring any low tar cofee with or without sugar. Would surely offer you the same thing if you need it.

Aint underestimating the power of agriculture. I just wanna walk a step towards self sufficiency. I do know its not an easy thing, but people like you just dont want to make it easier. I didnt say, that I want to quit my job or hate it. You are just making a wrong meaning of everything about it. Before posting such replies, you need to check the integrity and sincerity of the person. Just because India is a democratic country dont dishonour your right to freedom of speech by such disgusting remarks that hurts the sentiment of other guy.

If you dont have any guidance appreciate if you can just stop posting lewd remarks.

i hope you understood Ashy's point here. You will never get a cultivatable land for Rs 10K. Atleast i have never seen such thing.
Again just planting trees and expecting them to delvier will not work. Though people say, no water / maintenance is required, it is not true.

Do not understand what to say. Ashy is right in his answer but way it has been told is wrong if you had good intention in posting the said mail else u desreve it. Please do not imagine land is available so dirt cheap. Now a days anywhere u go, the rate per cents will be minimum 2 to 3 k ie roughly Rs 2 laks to 3 lacs an acre. You are still lucky if u get land at this rate.
