Advertising Modern Dairy Farming Hand Book & Project Report

Sir I am a government employee. I wish to take voluntary retirement and start a commercial dairy milk farm. I have a agriculture land inherited by me at my native village in Rajasthan. I would like to have a project report for starting a dairy milk farm starting with around 100 cattle with a projection for expansion to 500 cattle. The report should also incorporate possibilities about selling milk, processed products like curd, paneer, ghee, etc. Income from fertilizer made from dung etc. I wish to go for maximum automation and minimum labour as you know it is very difficult to get farm labourers now a days. I belong to ST category hence please let me know the subsidies available, the sources of finances. As i do not have much money, i would like to go for maximum finance by bank loans.
