Beautiful farm land for sale with 600 Teak trees near Mysooru.
These trees were planted 20 to 25 years back along the fence and in the entrance.
This is really 'value for money' deal.
The farmer is not charging even a single rupee extra for the trees,
so you can say -
you are paying for the trees & land is yours (free)
or
you are paying for the land & trees are bonus.

Dear Niranjana,
Land looks very good, I am interested in farming but I do not have money to buy land but I am searching land on long lease, Are you interested to lease out yor land for long time.
