Hello, i have heard someone mentioning about weekly cattle market in erode or coimbatore. could you please provide details of any cattle market in this area ? i am looking for Jersey cows. thank you.

If you are looking for milking cows, look in pollachi area or mettupalayam or Raasipuram areas. For Jersey cows you can try in NJF farm Ooty too, if its Jersey.

Hard to find good jersey cows outside. Try Thudialur area, not sure.

Yes there is a market for pregnant, lactating cows at Erode. Every Thursday it start at early morning. It is very close to Erode town. But all the cows in this market are expensive because of various buyers from all area. Try to avoid middlemen.

Yes ther is a biigest weekely cattle market karungalpalayam near bus stand(1.5 km) in erode market starts from morning 4 'o clock to noon 2,o clock
