Hi,

Just to add few more points;

You can avail 80% accelerated depreciation in the 1st year itself
If the nearest substation can evacuate generated power @ 11Kv instead of 33Kv the cost gets cheaper
Of course there is wheeling and transmission charges levied and it differs with state to state
REC is not constant revenue business model whereas PPA assures constant revenue
