I need Guides for Loan

HI ,

I am Rajkumar From Madurai , Right now I am working in USA as a software Engg , I need some help & Guide regarding the Agriculture Loan , Me and My friends we are planning to start Agriculture farm near to Madurai , for that shall we get any loan for purchasing land and also for bore well , fench around the land , surfacing the land , plumbing and some other handyman works ,What are the loans are available for Agriculture and How we have to approach the banks (such as NABARD , TN co-operative banks ) and we need some other banks and societies, kindly help us , thank you .

Dear Rajkumar,

Banks do not give loan for purchasing land generally.
For all other activities you will get loan say 75 % of cost.
You have to prepare a detailed project report.
Unless there is good supervision agri can not be done.
What is your level of investment apart from bank loan.
Are you particular that investment should be in Madurai or TN.If not I can give you ready project to earn about 80 lacs per year.

Dear Rajkumar,

WHAT PROMPTED YOU TO GO INTO AGRICULTURE.

GOING FOR A HUGE BANK LOAN TO DO AGRICULTURE IS NOT A VIABLE OPTION ANYMORE. AND THAT TOO IN TAMILNADU THE ECONOMICS WILL NOT WORKOUT WITH THE LAND COST BEING VERY HIGH UNLESS YOU HAVE A NEW PROJECT UPON WHICH YOU ARE ACTING.
