Hi Jayanth,
i have 3.5 acres land with around 2000 coconut trees and around 1000 areca nut
have pump house plenty of water throughout
this is in Thayuru, Mysore district, around 27 km from mysore main bus stand

Please let me know if you want to manage this and lease it

I am open on lease amount as long as you maintain this well
Also it will be for long term say 5+ years
