We have a beautiful Farm land 9 kms from Mysore Palace for lease.

The Farm Amenities and Details:
1) 2.5 Acres and 5 acres
2) Fully Fenced
3) Borewell with plenty of Water
4) Brand New Farm House, 2 Floors, 2Bedrooms down and 2 Bedroom Up.
5) More Than 100 Mango trees, 100 Coconut trees and other fruit trees
6) 15 minutes drive to Mysore Palace.
7) Yearly income from Mangoes Rs25,000, Coconuts Rs5000.
8) The Farm is located next to Bluevalley.in
9) The Farm is located on the Mahadevapura Main Road, Every 30 minutes you have buses to Mysore Bus stop.
10) We have swimmingpool not maintained, Can be cleaned and can be utilised.
11) Farm House is all Electric.

We want to lease it because Owner is in USA and no one to take care, the present watchman is not doing a good job.

We expect any offer for lease, Please be reasonable.

Please let me know whether you are interested in a long lease period ( some thing like 10 years). I am a scientist from Department of Atomic Energy working in Mumbai. If this farm house is given on a long lease I would like to take it. If terms and conditions are OK I would like to settle temporarily there. Regards, A.Nagendra Kumar

I am interested. please send me the details.duration of lease .minimum 5 years.basicaly we are in the agri field and we can manage any type of agri farms.Is there any vaccant land for veg cultivation.I would like to do modern farming. please give the quote.

Hello Sir / Madam,

I would be interested to know more, as i am running with short of finance i would only be interested to take care of your property by residing there. Am ready to relocate immediately if the deal is satisfactory. I have plans to start up with dairy farming and also ready to take care with of the current / present set up of farm.Hoping to know more at the earliest.
