There are Task forces appointed by respective state Govts to be headed by Political benamis be its in Rajasthan or karnataka.
Initially, they talk about development of forestry lands and later on cleverly mastermind their plan to see that the members of such task forces are benefitted by grabbing substantial amount in the name of Lands, plantation and installation of plant and machinery.
Frankly!!!!!
No state has ever started a commercial business of Biodiesel and indeed they want to do the same mistake that has been misled by some MNCs and NGOs in selling planting material or Machinery in India..
You can announcements and Press coverage of those guys who shamelessly misled thgis nation.

There is no transparency nor any accountability to the functioning of these Task force in several states.
I challeege those in Karnataka to come forward with any proof of implementations of any major projects on Biofuel?
Instaed, people's money being spent lavishly in the name of a Non-performing board which is consisted fully with Pro-ruling party.
Other than the Biofuel parks, the only other development is the Honopurable members are blessed with their own lands to grow Poongamia and this is not the meaning of a Task force.
Without tenders lot of irregular procurements and spending being seen and yet there is no control either by the bureucrats or the so called CAGs

We can see many Ketran Desais in this business soon.
