i have 25 acres of land in south maharastra. its a heavy rainfall zone, i want suggetion on plantation of trees on pay back basis.or if any body intrested in investing and paying me for using my land.

where in maharashtra is your place? how's the soil? is electricity available? i might be interested in leasing it on a long term basis.
