B1 is the most toxic. Aspergillus flavus may be the predominant producer of the B group. As per the recently introduced European Union (EU) regulations, only 5 lg kg1 of aflatoxin B1 and 10 lg kg1 of total aflatoxins are allowed in chillies.

Aflatoxins are mycotoxins produced by the fungus they could be analysed by few test like simple TLC method or by ELISA TESTING KIT FOR MYCOTOXINS SPECIFIC FOR AFLATOXINS these kits are available in the market
 

I take this opportuinity to introduce a new concept accepted internationally for many yeard, Stabilised Chlorine Dioxcide.
