Hi, I am looking at buying a developed farm with fruit / native trees cover . It has to be water touch land - river/ dam/ lake anything having 12 months water. Any slope /elevation on ;and would be good. We require 5-10acres, we will buy within next 3 months. We want to grow a food forest and make few rooms and make a agro tourism centre. Land has to be within 130-kms of Mumbai - preferable districts are Palghar, Thane, Nashik, Raigadh etc. P.s You can also get in touch if you already have an agro tourism centre/ resort / farm facilty with 10-15rooms but dont want to run it.
