Can any one be kind enough to elaborate if there exist any special clause for non farmers to buy agricultural land if he so wishes to set up a poly house IN the state of Karnataka.

Generally no such special clause, as required by you. It is possible to have your polyhouse and cultivation on others land with an arrangement which should not be a lease.

Dear Member,

If you have land for Green House installations, then you can claim subsidy from Govt. by submitting necessory documents.

Thank you for the information.

What you have suggested is beyond us. At best we can put in 12 lacs investment and loan upto 40 lacs .

May be we will group in more partners and take it up a slightly larger scale as you suggested .
