Need bank loan for purchasing agri land

hello sir,
I am PARRTHIPAN from trichy. I want to buy 2-5 acres of agri land in trichy in tamil nadu. I need to know bank loan is available for purchasing agri land. If u know the details please share with me. I asked IDCB, SBI & NABARD. they told me bank loan is not available for purchasing agri land. Please clarify this for me.

It depends on the project you submit. Actually the bank has to give at least 70% of the cost of the land. But unfortunately it will be only 50% or less.

Bank loan is available for purchase of agriculture land and for development. It depends on past trackrecord of customer, economic viability of the scheme and project should be servicable from the agriculture income in the stipulated period.
