Dr. Navin Nainwal,Honorable General Secretary of Walnut and Nut Fruit Growers Association of India (WANGAI) in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. His interests are on integrated development of horticultural crops to improve the economy of hilly farmers, especially temperate fruits, nut crops, kiwi fruits, and high value vegetables, ensuring high quality planting material, using mechanization, rain water harvesting, organic compost and vermi-composting by utilising waste, establishment of post harvest infrastructure and training of farmers in Himalayan states.
