We do farming in our ancestral land. I have done natural farming then moved to intensive chemical farming then switched to traditional bio farming 20 years back. Thus I learned and experienced all good & bad in farming. I had the privilege of associating / had training from Sri Nammalwar , Sri Balakrishnan, Sri Narayana Reddy, Sri Subash Palekkar, Sri Abinavam Jayaraman and many more stalwarts in organic & natural farming. I have root level experience and exposure in land, water harvesting, tree planting, foresting etc,. I have done all basic work on land like ploughing with cattle, mattuvandi, yer kalappai, crane, deepening well,bore, water harvesting, tractors trailers etc,. Now we have planted 10000+ eco friendly trees in our land and try to create Miyawaki rain forest. We also helped our villagers to plant 10000+ trees in the past 10 years. Every year we give 1000+ saplings free to all. We also involve Schools, Colleges in this sort of activities. We have already planted 500+ trees at Cambridge School, Kaveripattinam and planning to plant 10000+ tree saplings in 5 minuets involving 3000 students in Valluvar College at Karur. I am taking regular classes on organic farming in few schools and colleges. Also interact on natural farming in so many platforms. I have written a book on organic farming Thulirgal in Tamil and that was translated as The Sprouts in English, which was launched in Mauritius. I gave a lecture on Bio farming in UOM, 104 years old School of Agriculture in Marutius. We have already given the hard copies to 100+ Schools free . Also pdf is available in my fb page thulirgals. We have a Students Resources Centre for our village students in Malluppatti. We make our kids to learn themselves. We try to provide good ambiance, space, lighting, and freedom for them. We have a library with 500+ books. We provide these facilities 100% free. We do some social services also. We built world class restrooms, RO plant, Incerinator ( napkin burner) Water tank etc for GHSS & building for local library in our village. We believe education is learning and experiencing things.
