In the final year of my studies, we are mandatory to carry out research on any related topics. In this regard, I am doing research on comparative study between locally fabricated solar fence technology and fenzgard solar fencing technology. Locally fabricated solar fencing has been implemented widely and fenzgard technology was just introduced to Bhutan in 2014 by the Wildlife Conservation Division under the Department of Forests and Park Services. It has been piloted and the effectiveness over local one not conducted so far. I am doing the effectiveness study between two technologies in order to multiply the technology which is more effective to protect elephant damaging crops.
