Specification :
Moisture : 14 % Max
Brokens : 3 % Max
Foreign Matter : 2 % Max
Admixture : 2 % Max
Weevilled Seeds : 2 % Max
Aflaoxin :50 PPB Max
Damaged , Immatured
& Discoloured Kernals : 5 % Max
Cargo Supplied shall
be Free Of Mould & Live Insects
Inspection : Quality & Weight Certification by SGS or Intertek.
Shipment Schedule : 12000 MT to be Shipped in Two Vessels before 15 th February 2011.
Documents Required ;
1) Shipped on Board –Bill Of Lading – Marked Freight Prepaid
2) Certificate of Origin FORM AI Issued By Export Inspection Agency
3) Certificate of quality & Weight by SGS OR Intertek
4) Phytosanitory Certificate Issued by Indian Govt.The certificate should mention “ Product is free from TROGODERMA GRANARIUM & also should mention fumigation treatment given .
5) Fumigation Certificate issued by recognized fumigation company.Fumigation of the Cargo to be done with Methyl Bromide at the rate : 100 Gms Per Cubic Meter with 72 Hrs Coololing time .
6) Certificate from the shipping line that the Vessel is not older than 15 years & is Sea worthy
7) Loading Rate –Certificate from Port Authority
You are requested to offer FOB Kakinada Price taking into consideration Cost involved in getting all the documents as above .
Payment : Local LC at Sight (In Indian Rs)
