Which High Value Crop(s) to Grow near Mathura - UP

I have recently purchased an agri land measuring around 4 acers near Mathura, Uttarpradesh. I am planning to do poly farming for exotic vegitables in it.
I request seniors and experienced agri professional advise on it and if they suggest any alternate crops.
