Dairy farming gives you instant profit, You don't have to wait for long time to get profit. If you have enough land to fulfill the demands of fodder than you can make more and more profits.
In this business of Dairy farming you can make money by reducing the cost of production. Overall its a good business.

Since you have 6 acres of land, I suggest you to do everything. You can allocate 3 acres of land for Goat/Sheep Farming (75 Goats/Sheep can be accommodated), 3 acres of land for Dairy Farming (15 Diary can be accommodated) and poultry farming can be done in an integrated manner.

Please go for stall fed goat farming as 6 acres of fodder is enough for feeding goats of 300 nos. costing around Rs.15-16 lakhs.
Goats are easy to manage and free form deseases and less labour intensive where as diary requires constant skilled labour which may not be available always and hence problem if family labour is not available.
