Where can I get cow of pure Indian breed

I want to keep some Indian breed cow like Gir, Red Sindhi or Sahiwal. Can anybody tell me where I can get them and what is the price range for them. I am from Baripada, Odisha, India.

I had contacted the KVK of Shamkhunta, Baripada. But they don't have any pure Breed cow I have mentioned. Do you have any idea any nearer place like Balasore where we can find them.
