what is this on my apple trees? please help me!

It seems to be Phytophthora Rot
The best time to manage Phytopthora diseases is during the initial stages of orchard establishment -when selecting the orchard site, planting, site preparation and rootstock selection.
Management is best achieved through cultural methods.
Cultural Controls: Primary control of Phytopthora diseases is cultural.
select the site and rootstocks carefully.
Be sure the orchard site has adequate drainage throughout the year.
When irrigating the orchard, do not saturate the soil for prolonged periods.
Use rootstocks resistant to infection by the disease.
Scion cultivars may also be chosen for resistance.
The fungicide fosetyl-al (Aliette) can be used

but I dont think that this disease related with Phytophthora Rot . becouse it has some differences with it.this disease mostly hapen on branches and the first thing that you see on tree is like below image.it grows and branche will be die.
