In the maize flour milling machine cleaning technology, the sieve mesh is used to remove impurities in the flour. What do you know about sieve mesh and the screening equipment?
Maize flour milling machine cleaning technology is applied to remove the big impurities with the sieve pit diameter Φ6mm. If the overtails cover the screen surface 1/2 above, then we should change it to the screen with bigger sieve mesh. Usually the unprocessed grain cleaning can adopt the screen with sieve mesh Φ8mm.
In the whole maize flour milling machine cleaning technology, we should adjust the sieve pit according to the raw material. When the small impurities content is too high or the granularity is too large, we can enlarge the sieve mesh. For example, we change the sieve mesh Φ8mm to Φ2.5mm. The sieve mesh for removing small impurities usually cannot be ≥Φ3mm, or the small granules quantity will increase.
