What is the cost of katha transfer in Karnataka

I have purchased a small agriculture land what will be the RTC charges for the same and how is it calculated

Hello sir,

For RTC it is Rs.10/-
For khatha transfer there are two procedurs
1. if land is leased
2. if full purchase
For wet land it is around Rs. 26.000/- per acre- based on stamp duty
for dry land it is around Rs. 8,000/- per acre

Example; if u purchase Paddy field- Rs.2.0 lakhs

Now the procedure has been changed in Karnataka. U can approach the nearest Survey officer for the clarification.
