Need to adopt scientific cultivation practices (involve Central Plantation Crop Research Institute ), The decline in prices of arecanut is attributed to a combination of factors that include ban on gutkha in several states and flooding of inferior and cheap variety from Bangladesh and Nepal. Start diversification along with exploring new markets.
