*What can be explored on 4 acre of land ?

*Hello,

I have 4 acres of agriculture land which is currently barren land.

We use to cultivate paddy in around 1.5 acres land but currently discontinued.Water resource is average and the area located is in belvai which is 100Km from Managlore.

I am looking to explore the opportunity to cultivate something on it.

My questions are

1)I want to know what would be best suited to cultivate in the land ?
2)less risky and minimal supervision as currently i am employed with an MNC.
3)what would be the demand and market for any grown product ? Is their any ready market ?

My options are Poultry farming, green house farming,

Any other profitable option are open.

Please advice.

Hi vijeth,

Go for poultry farm it would be better because there is a chance of bank loans also but if you want to do the business just you have to be in farm atleast for 1 year because you 'll get to know the profits & loss, don't depend on others for your business nobody will do nothing.
