What are the certification required to start a seafood recipe manufacturing company?

Hello Members,

I'm planning to start a small manufacturing unit that will produce seafood based recipe in chennai , Tamilnadu.What are the certifications I need to obtain? like FPO..ISI etc etc..

Any consultancy that deals with the above said certifications can contact me directly .I also need loan to start my unit.Is there a way to procure business loans?? I dont have any assets.So is there a way to apply for a loan??
