Water drains into our field

Hello,
Our field is little low-lying and at the end of a long stretch of paddy fields. Water from other fields drain into our field. This warm water contains all the fertilizers and pesticides and is kind of concentrated with them. This acreage yields less than 1/4th of other well-drained acreages. Any good solution to this problem?

Make deeper trenches outside and allow water to go out of your filed

or

Open a small well at one end of ur land allow excess water to move into it
