Hi All,
Looking for 5- 10 acres culitivate/non cultivated/virgin land with frontage and option for getting electricity anywhere in tamilnadu prize ranging 30,000 to 60,000 per acre.
This is going to be for goat and bird farming.
Prefer land in and around 300 - 400 kms from chennai if not also its fine
Note: I will also be getting the property paritally through bank loan, so all titles/documents need to be clear
