Hi All,
I would require 3-4 acres of barren land with in 150-300 kms from chennai for lease or for yearly rent for a min of 6-yrs which has a road or land frontage along with electicity and well or small bore. This is for a Bird farm. We will get into a legal agreement for 6 yrs and then there on with each parties willingness to continue.
