Wanting 3-4 Acres Baren land- Lease or Rental

Hi All,

I would require 3-4 acres of barren land with in 150-200 kms from chennai for lease for yearly rent for a min of 6-yrs which has a road or land frontage along with electicity and well or small bore. this is for a Bird farm. We will get into a legal agreement for 6 yrs and then there on with each parties willingness to continue.

150 acres/part of barren land (@ Rs.40, 000/acre) & 8 acres mango plantation (@ Rs. 4 lakh/ acre) is available in Kokan, Maharashtra at Dehen, 28 kms. from Mandangad on Anjarle Rd. Road, water & electricity can be made available. Titles are clear.
