I want to buy land for agriculture,how much I should wanted for and which kind of land I should see
i have fenced agri land 1.50acres,clean docs in nanjungud,mysore.price is 12lakhs in total.fixed.
For agriculture purpose u should have minimum : 1. Fertile land. 2. Enough water through out the year. 3. Availability of labours. According to me these are the three essentials for agriculture. ofcourse money to invest.
I have 8acres of land out of which 3.17 is in record. Land is fertile, enough water through out the year, availability of labour is there, newly built farm house ( NOT 100% COMPLETE) with electricity, fully fenced, one pool and one pond.
