Mckenzie Mushroom (MM) is a Madurai based Hi-tech agricultural farm producing high quality ( organic) milky mushrooms. These milky white fat-free mushrooms are rich sources of protein and fibre, which probably the best replacement of meat.
Mckenzie mushrooms are grown at ultra low CO2 atmosphere; results smaller stalk and larger cap sizes compared to low-cost conventional mushrooms.
