Suggest you to buy an adult pair (Hen + Cock) so that you can breed them and get the desired quality. Unfortunately, with chicks it becomes a lot difficult to analyze the breed quality and you may end up with sub standard/mixed breeds. Since you have limited space, go for an adult pair and try to breed them.
