Location - 15 kms from Mangaon.
Rate - 11 Thousand per Guntha
Ownership - Single Owner (Myself)
Payment - On the day of final agreement

I am shall be looking for a loan on the property my needs are 5 acre or more land. The budget is around 40 lacs. But i doubt in lonavala its possible

Yes I am good with karjat or khapoli area. Is it possible for me to visit over the weekend and what is the price expected?
