Hi, I'm looking to buy land in Tamilnadu to develop it for agricultural use. Please let know if anybody has land with following requirements.

1. Land should be away from city or town or any significant place. The location should not be an actively developing region.

2. Interior land with proper access road is preferred. Land near to road is also ok.

3. Any land is ok - dry, barren, un used, marshy, rocky, forest etc.

3. Price should be around 1 lakh per acre. Slightly negotiable. Looking to buy about 20 acres.
