Wanted investors for the goat farm/dairy farm.
I have 8.5 acres of land with green fodder and goat and cow sheds in Tamil Nadu. I am looking for investors who can invest money in the farm.
The investment can be from Indian Rupees 50,000 onwards. Collateral security will be given based on the volume of the investment.

The following are the facilities in the farm.
1. Goat shed.( stall fed methd)
2. Green fodder
3. Concentrate feed
4. Veterinary care
5. Labour
6. EB
7. Infrastructure for marketing the goats/milk/agriproducts.

1. Utilisation of the investment:
The investments will be spent on goat farming, dairy farming, fodder cultivation and commercial crops.
2. Duration of the investment:
Minimum two years and maximum 5 years.
3. Dividend on the investment:
The dividend on the investment will be 33/- % ( thirty three per cent only) every year.
4. Refund of investment amount:
The investment amount will be given back when the agreement ends.
5. Visiting the farm:
Investors are welcome to visit the farm at any time with prior intimation.
