Wanted Ginger seeds

I am planning to have ginger plantation in 2 acres of land to start with.

I am interested to know

1) How much seeds will I need?
2) Whats the rate of of today?
3) how and when this plantation is done?

I am from Chitrdurga 225 kms from Bangalore and hence I am looking at somebody who can dliver the seeds to me at my place
