I have 6+8 acres of Agri land with in 95Km from bangalore, with good source of water @300 feet, very near to lake, electicity pole nearby to land, at Rs.2Lac/Acre, very near to small mountain, presently tractor going Road is available, in village map Road map is there, later stage u can make the approach road, 150mtrs Swarnamuki River , Very good for srmdotslnatgmaildotcom Corn,Areccanut,bananaplant etc. also available farmers to look after the clutivation in that land. location is Koratagere taluk office opp 9 Km bus going road.celar title.extendable to another 7 acres latter stage. contact S.Loganathan.
