Wanted Farm workers. Land is located nearby Hyderabad

We have a 2 acre land and we are planning to develop it. We are planning to start Vegetables farm in 1 acre and and Goat farm in another acre.
The land is located in Shabad mandal, R.R Dist, Telangana. Around 20KM from Hyderabad Outskirts.
I am looking for workers who can stay at the farm. Preferably family. The land is very close to many villages around. The closest village is only 0.8KM. There is a school within 3KM from land if you have kids. We will offer accomodation for free and pay is negotiable.
