dear sir
i have large area of land with abundant water source at Galibeed village near Madikeri in Karnataka, which i am interested give on lease for 10 years. The place is most suitable for short/long term crops .

Dear Mr. Joseph,

Can you please elaborate and let me know the exact area of land, the water sources available, whether power is available or not etc because I am interested in taking up land for lease. Also let me know the rate you are expecting as lease.
