Community farming opens gate for many gains like buying land at a very nominal cost when compared with individual buying. For example if a land is bought in small portion like five acres or ten acres at a cost of rupees 50,000/acre, the same land can be bought for rupees 30,000 through community farming system. Other advantages like common fencing, digging bore wells, land developing brings down the cost when compared with individual activity.
