As you are aware, Agricultural Finance Corporation Limited (AFCL) is a public sector body duly promoted by NABARD, commercial banks and EXIM Bank. AFC has been providing consultancy services to number of govt. ministries in agriculture, rural development, forestry, women and child development, Planning Commission and others.
We are seeking synergies among the organizations with the idea of exploring the opportunities together in training and capacity building vertical. While our partners would have the benefit of the vast experience and expertise of AFCL and its status of being a deemed public company and its linkages with various government departments, ministries, etc., the AFCL would be benefited by the wide spread presence, expertise and domain knowledge of the associates.
Our training and capacity building vertical aims to outreach the multi-stakeholders in upgrading knowledge management skills. We focus on:
• Capacity building of PRIs at grass root level on various schemes of Ministry of Rural Development and Ministry of Panchayati Raj
• Capacity building of NGOs, corporate on microfinance, NGO and Project Management and concerned issues.
• Organize workshops, seminars, conference, meetings, conclave and awareness campaigns regional, national and international level to exchange information and ideas on education socio-economic and environmental issues
• Organize educational training programme/workshops for students on management, personality development, carrier orientation and topical issues.
• Round table conferences, seminars, workshops and conclave meetings etc. for experts, subject matter specialists and government functionaries for deliberation of policy issues at single platform.
• Training farming and rural community to become self entrepreneurs for sustainable livelihood
• Organizing exchange programs with professionals from different states and developing countries to share and learn about participatory resource management
With this background, AFC invites associates to collaborate for such development efforts. We invite associates who could mould the aspect into a striking practical shape. We are looking for associates/partners in context to above who could plan, design and execute the programme at regional, national and international level.
