Iam looking for Agriculture land near Kanchipuram (up to 25kms from kanchipuram). My budjet is 60,000/- to 75,000/- per acre. I need upto 10 acres. Land should be fertile. Intrested people contact with their contact details

Wanted agri land around kanchipuram
Iam not only searching in kanchipuram district only, but also in surrounding districts like thiruvannamalai (Cheyyar, wandavasi,chetpet, etc.,) so many pakka villages are there without proper transport facility. If anybody looking for cheap and low budget land mean they have to search interior villages like this. The location should be far from sipcot and industries and should be far from national highways or state highways. If we are planning for agriculture purpose means these above said locations are best. If we search there surely we get land in this budget. The land brokers and the real estate peoples only increasing the cost of the land. These peoples acquiring land in this budget only. After getting the layout approval they increase the land value. Iam not blaming these peoples for the cause.

Fertile land (with water facility) within 25 km of Kanchipuram will cost you more than 6 lakhs per acre.
Shriram is trying to buy it for 60,000
I am ready to buy for 6 lakhs per acre.
I need 3 to 5 acres.
