wanted agriculture land 150 km around Visakhapatnam

I am planning to buy some land that is within 150 KM radius of Visakhapatnam. Any places like Araku or Skota etc.
I wish to do Natural Farming & Permaculture there.
I would be acquiring Bank Loans for purchase of the Land.
Any sellers, please contact me, the title of the land should be clean without any legal litigations as I shall be applying for Bank Loan.
